Go on, recommend me an amp...

So guys, wanna help me out on choosing a new amp?

After 3 years, the Marshall MG15 just doesn't cut anymore; I am in need of a new amp. I've got a budget of 1000 EUR and I'm looking for an amp that handles particularly well with metal, but would have to have some decent cleans. I'm not looking for any half-stacks or any of the sort as I play guitar purely as a hobby and for my own enjoyment. Combos are preferred.

Recommend away guys.

1000€ = Price for a new Engl Screamer 50. it doesn't get much better than that. Or try to pick up aused one from ebay for around 600-700€(that's what they usually go for) and get the Z-5 footwitch for 180 so all four channels are readily available with the tap of a button(and you could save some money you could invest in effects or something like that).
Nice cleans, bluesy crunch, classic rock and balls-out metal, all in one amp

Edit: Both Raven and Lilith seem to have the same idea as myself. Another option would be keeping close watch on ebay to find a used E360(older version the nwest one is E365) Sovereign 100. it's a lot like the screamer but with way more options and flexibility(and of course double the wattage). You might be lucky like me and find a good deal on one(i picked mine up for 890€ in pretty good condition and including a z-10 footswitch and a super-solid roadcase)

Engl is really the only way to go. Personally, I'd stay clear of the Laney stuff, I hate it. Engl will totally own it.
