ENGL.

Nothing wrong with Laney either, to be honest, but they're just not as good as ENGL.

Engl's a pretty good buy in Europe, so they're worth a look.

Also worth a look, and this is from the last guy to ever recommend a Marshall... but how much does the DSL-401 go for, in Austria? Honestly, I borrowed one of these when my TSL was in the shop, and through the Mesa cab I'd been using at the time, the 401 sounded better than the TSL did. Much more gain, a better (more Marshally - it has that glassiness they dialed out of the TSL, which I really missed) clean, and enough flexibility for you to be happy with it for a while. For the price, they rule, and 40 tube watts is more power than you're ever likely to need.

A DSL-401, goes for about 900 here. A local music shop has it in stock. I may go and try it out, cheers for that Drew.

Any sound clips for the ENGL screamer would be appreciated as there aren't any around in any local music shops at the moment.
