The small one is perfectly sized for just the XTL, and the large one is good if you want to put a pedal in front of it or velcro the power supply to the board like I do with my 6. I'm looking into getting one of those cases from rondomusic.net after I get my XTL since they're bigger so I can add more to it. They're cheaper than the Core cases and seem to be about as good.
