New to rack building.

Hey guys just starting to build a rack setup my 1st one and
Have a few questions.

1st off the gear I have so far is
Randal rm4
Marshall 9200
Rocktron expression
10 ru rack on casters

To buy Furman power conditioner

So to the questions 1st how do I set this up as in
Should I put the rocktron in the effects loop or in
Between the pre amp and power amp? Also should I
Keep all the elec cables down one side and the line cables
Down the other??

To tell you the truth I don't have much of an idea on how
To set this up so any help you could give me would be
Amazing.
