![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Aeon and Disintegrate were both ENGL I believe...definately Disintegrate, World Ov Worms was a 5150 and a GX700/9200 rig Oh, and I use an e620/e920 rack...best sounds I've EVER heard, so freaking tight and brutal and Eric from Hate Eternal uses a Powerball, and Jon Schaffer has some ENGLs Sabaton ![]() Last edited by InTheRavensName; 12-17-2006 at 05:27 PM. I'm really curious. I also downloaded that old man's child record, pretty sweet sound! Kop-ik-win, munt-jij-verliest. |

![]() ![]() | Hate Eternal's last CD was called I, Monarch. I'm sure you could download it somewhere, and if not, buy it anyway :P It's an awesome album, my fave Hate Eternal one! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Rutan has also recorded clean rhythms for his rhythm sounds too. I don't know if he used an electric on clean channel, or an acoustic, but he would double his hate eternal riffs and have those tracks too - super duper quiet, of course... but there. I don't know if he did this for the I Monarch record though. What i'm telling you is from an older interview - pre I Monarch. I agree though - the I Monarch tones are pure evil. also, that album is a great example of how to engineer drum sounds. The kicks are sound-replaced (triggered), but they still sound real. I can't stand all this fake drum sounds in your face at 10000% volume bullshit that's going on these days (see Into Eternity, for example). |
