Nothing beats when you sit down to play a riff and end up with 10 riffs that flow into each other and...you remember them ALL!!!
Nothing beats sitting down with all new midi gear, hook it all up and it all works seamlessly with no effort. Make a rule where, who ever messes up gets punched in the face. nothing beats messing with a fog machine in the basement during band practice with the stairway door open. When the bassists dad comes home he thinks the house is on fire and bugs out. hehe oops. ohhhhh to be young again.

Nothing beats it when you put in new pups with some crazy ass wiring and it works on the first try.

Nothing beats shredding the .... out of a hot-shot after quietly pretending to be impressed with his chops.
Nothing beats finding an Ibanez in a pawn shop or craigslist for a dirt cheap price because they don't know what it is....when its actually an MIJ with upgraded pickups. Hell yeah. |

Nothing beats nailing that riff you've had stuck in your head.
Also nothing beats figuring out part of a song by ear and getting it spot on. Nothing beats that just cleaned/oiled/polished/new string feeling of one of your guitars. Totally worth all of the effort. Nothing beats a NAD/NGD but the checking accounts say otherwise lol |

Nothing beats recording three takes in the studio, and they ALL sound awesome.
