Heres another interesting addition to the trend of high gain amp makers building pedals that sound like their amps. Nice run down /sales pitch from the designer and a youtube clip with some heavy sounds

looks good, sounds like a pedal. Not exactly a good thing. Pedals these days are almost like an amp's preamp section. Like the tight metal, if you connect if to an FX Loop it's a preamp for sure.
