I just bought one of these


It's a Digitech TSR-24S multi effects unit. Other than it being a pain to program I can't find one negative comment about it anywhere. It's a true stereo unit and the two sides can be split to be two completely independent effects units meaning I can run some stuff in front of my amp and some in the loop. It has:

A shit-ton of Reverbs
6 Delays
5 Choruses
3 Flangers
2 Phasers
Pitch Shift
Whammy
2 Noisegates
2 "Silencer" noise reduction systems
Tremolo
Leslie drum sims
Arpeggiator
1, 3, and 5-band parametric EQ
6, 10, and 15-band graphic equalizers

scroll down to page 68 and all the effects are listed.

I also got a Behringer FCB1010 midi controller to control the beast.

Not sure, all I can tell you is that the manual was printed in 1994 and they were around $800 when they came out. I think it's basically all the effects of a 2101 minus the amp sims.

If it doesn't have an S-Disc in it, it's nothing like the 2101. You're getting the same effects by name, but the ones in this and the ones in the 2101 are two different animals entirely. This thing looks closer to the GSP21, which isn't a bad sounding unit but not really great at anything in particular.

Sure does have a lot of badass lights on it though.
