![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ^^^I've just upgraded to 2mm Stubbies from 1mm as they seemed to peel and splinter really quickly. Which colour are the 3mm ones? I live in the middle of nowhere so Stubbies are about as exotic as my choice of pick comes. I've never even tried the Jazz III or any of the other picks I see namedropped regularly. (that being said, I prefer to pick with my index finger anyway, regardless of style) |

Stubbies rule, and I never have to worry about other players swiping my picks. Most guys who use the flat and floppy picks dont know what to do with them. So they leave them alone. My other guitar players gets his flat 1mm's swiped all the time. I cant find any other pick that has less friction and more control. Though I am curious to try the jazz 3's ive heard so much about. Try to exclude the possibility of suffering which the order of nature and the existence of free-wills involve, and you find that you have excluded life itself. | |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I still like Cool Brain 1.30mm V-shapes. I used to like Gator Grips, but I like these Cool Picks better, even though they cost a little more. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Depending on the mood I'm in, I use either the Pickboy 1mm gray/silver pick with the pointy tip, or a Dunlop 3mm Stubby. The Pickboy is made of a very hard material and is the best 1mm shredder I've tried. The 3mm is best when I'm playing in a more legato style and don't want as much brightness/attack. |
