How to mod my amp

well im not sure if this should be in the gear section but since it would be customizing i thought id put it here. well i recently picked up a bugera v55hd halfstack. pretty damn good to be honest. i just wanted to know if i could take the creme faceplate off and replace it so it will have that wire mesh plate kind of like the 5150. then ill mod so it lights up either blue, green or purple. so i just wanted to know if any of you would know how. and yes ive googled this but no help. thats why i come to you guys. the epic mod masters

If you want it to look like a 5150 you'e probably going to have to re-cabinet the whole amp, which really isn't that difficult. You could probably even find an aftermarket shell that'll fit it.

As for the lights, it really depends on what you want to do with them.

the lights i can hold on. i really dont want to have to re cab the amp but if i do. i will. and i will make it white. and purple haha

If all you want are simple LEDs to be on, all the time, as long as the amp is on, just wire up some to the same source as the pilot light.

Well what I truly want is to be able to see inside the head. The v55hd isn't like that and I just wanted to know if I could mod it so I could see inside it

Remember: ANYTHING screwed down can be MODDED/REPLACED/REMOVED.

From the outside there are no screws. If there were it would be off. But is the a way to get it off from the inside maybe. I'm kinda. Amp retarded
