So, as promised, but in late. Here's are crappy clips of the vintage amp I bought last week!
Link: http://www.sevenstring.org/forum/gea...known-amp.html http://www.sevenstring.org/forum/gea...-tube-amp.html I'm not a shredder are anything like that...more of a Rythm player! So, this clip is made with a Canon PowerShot A470, un-edited or anything like that...Just dumped it in Windows Movie Maker! Hell Yeah! So the Signal Chain is: My Hands --> Custom RG7(Mahogany/SD JB in the Bridge) --> BOSS MT-2(Gain and Level a 11oclock,small mid scoop) --> Rocktron HushSuperC --> EBS Multicomp(TubeSim Mode/1.7 to1 comp- ratio) --> Unknown 70's Tube Amp 2x12ax7-2x6v6gt --> Fender GE112 1x12 Cab The Amp was'nt pushed at all, but it give an Idea, there's just a master volume knob, so Preamp tube and Poweramp tube always work together, so the more i push the volume, the less I need gain from the MT2 and Less Bass in the tone setting, because the 6V6GT natural bassy sound takes over On amp both treble and Bass are set to 2oclock, and it's really similar on the MT-2 These are various riff of my grind project! ![]() Enjoy! |

In real, I think it sound's great, Fat/Boomy and just defined enough, not to clear.
The video sounds harsh and sounds like there's twice much gain. It's not a Bassman, it was made in the seventies in Montreal,Canada |
