Anyone try the Carvin V3 amp

I checked it out and it seems to be great amp for the money. Just wondering if people have used them what they think?

Cool I saw that. A new Carvin store opened here in the Sacramento area and I got to try one but I also played through a legacy. My friend has a legacy and it sounds much better than the new one. I was told by a person at a different company that it is probably just the fact that it is a new store and the cabs are new and the speakers haven't broken in yet. I was thinking about taking my old cab with celestion 55's in it to try it out again.

I had one for about 2 weeks. Some bills caught up to me so I had to return it. I liked it, but I also had nothing to run effects with it, no delay or anything so I dind't get to test it as thuroughly as I had hoped.

I am debating getting another one when I move for school, and then get a 2x12 with it.
