So today I picked up a new Peavey 6505+ half stack, for 3000 AUD. The cab was pretty basically free, and I couldn't pass up the dream amp. It's a bit of a step up from the ol' valveking. More when I've played with it more.

a Good OD is a must!

Bodenhamer Electronics - LordovChaos aka JoBo pedal mods. ftw. . TSovChaos - same price as a NEW TS7 (or less, if you're in canada like me) only it makes you grin even BIGGER! oh and you may end up leaving it on.. and turning your neck pickup vol to 3 for cleans on the clean channel.. and yeah..

Don't wanna spend any more money right now, what I paid hurts enough as it is. I might think about it later but I'm not having noise problems, and I'm quite happy with the general tone right now so I don't need an OD...or a new cab.
