TS or BM with a 2112...
Would a tube screamer or bloody murder improve the sound of my 2112 or could I just make it sound as good with the on board effects/eq of the 2112.

An OD of some sort almost always helps I think. Either way, I'd recommend a BM just because it's a fucking steal, and a good OD is a piece of equipment you NEED.
Whether it's laughable or irrational, this is the path that ALL great men walk!
If there's a wall in our way, we'll destroy it! If there's no road, we'll pave it with our own hands! The magma in our hearts is blazing like flames! Who the hell do you think we are? |

Well if I got one, where should I run it to??? The front input, the expression pedal input on the back, in the effects loop (Which put it before everything put the Wah.), or after the 2112???

Put it in front. Any TS808 clone will do, and I think it's safe to say that the Bodenhamer modded pedals have become standard issue around here.
Remember, the purpose of the boost is the drive the fuck out of the preamp and act as a low-pass filter. |
