A lot of you probably don't know you have friend requests pending. Hit "edit my friends" link in your profile and scroll down to the bottom. Click you new buddy's boxes and save the changes!

Let's use this cool feature that Chris gave us!

When I upgrade to 3.7 Gold, there will be a few changes to the messaging/friends system to make friend requests easier and more noticable.

I got an email from sevenstring.org telling me Popsyche wanted to be my friend, so I find it weird that people don't notice these.
