8 string guitar on wikipedia. Did you guys see this?

It looks like it was written entirely by SSO members! Check out the photos on there -somebody's Intrepid, and the most epic of all homemade axes:

Yeah, I know, that's what's so funny. I think everything on there is directly from here. And that Boogie behind it is going to give that picture some real credibility, so people are gonna be like, "I saw this shimmery blue RR 8 string with pink binding and a glass fretboard online. Where can I buy one of those?"

I didn't have an eight-string when the call went out here on SS.org, but there was a request a while ago, found here, for people to post photos of their 8-strings on the Wikipedia page.

The pictures were DEFINITELY put on there by a member, I remember seeing a thread about it.

I wrote that part about Rondo Music and Intrepid, and that Charcoal is mine.

Any one care to update it with info about 30" scale and fretless Intrepids? How about 8 string Interceptors?

Guilty as charged

My guitar is more like ghetto-FABULOUS. Everything works perfectly, I just suck at playing it and don't have time to learn fretless. As far as I know it's the only example of a fretless 8-string.

Troy, you mean, "ghetto-rific!" or has it sunk to "ghetto-mite?" Still major congrats on this being one of the least expensive upgrades to an existing guitar and for rigging it together.

If you mean on the wiki then, yeah, but if you mean in general then there's the fretless Intrepids now too.

I cleverly hid the link earlier in the fourth reply in the thread, so you all would never find it. It was behind the deceptive words, "found here."

And, apparently, it worked. *laugh*

Here it is again, more obviously:
