Hipshot also sells tuners individually, including their locking ones.

Hipshot locking tuners are lighter and fit up to a .70 stock, with plenty of room for reaming. I personally love them, although the open gearing means that you can get crud in there that might gum up the mechanism.

Well I had to call them as their website was down but I've managed to order a set of 8 directly through them. They were very helpful and I even recieved a call back today from their technical bloke asking the guages of the low strings I'm going to use. they're going to send two of them taken out to accept 78's (apparently the limit).

they do, i just checked, but they don't sell sperzels- how do schaller locking tuners compare?

Warmoth sells Schaller mini locking tuners, those takes up strings to .060, not too great.

Sperzels and standard size Schallers work with .079 it seems.
