![]() ![]() | I guess I can let you guys know about this now (custom Agile content) So while all the talks about the production model was going on, I asked Kurt if the production model doesn't go into effect, would customs still be available... then asked a few more questions... then asked a few more... and now yesterday I sent off a deposit for one of these: ![]() (yeah, I kind of like meshuggah) It's pretty similar to the production 828 specs. maple 5-piece neckthru, mahogany wings, ash top, ebony fretboard. 28.625" scale, custom headstock (lifted directly from an FM-408; yeah I'm shameless), custom inlay translucent charcoal black with satin finish truss rod cover says "FOR THE METAL" on it for lulz He's going to ship it with no electronics and just route it for a Lundgren, a volume pot and a tone pot. I'll install the electronics when it gets here. This saved me a whole pile of money compared to how much it would have cost with an 808. ![]() My friend also ordered this one, with basically the same specs except a green finish and a different inlay. And his truss rod just has initials DHG. I'll let you guys know how it goes in 4 months ![]() |

![]() ![]() | Thanks guys- I should point out that these are both pro MSpaint sketches (aside from a bit of photoshopping on mine that a friend of mine did) and not exactly how the guitars are going to turn out. The green one is going to basically be a green Loomis. Also interesting that Kurt let us design our own logo for the headstock, so we used fonts from our band logo and made this: ![]() pretty gnar in my opinion |
