Used 8-string Ibanez

At one of the local music stores for $1300 (Cdn). Excellent condition. Just wondering if that's a good price for one of these things.

Yep. I sold mine for $1450, and it went for BIN within an hour of posting it.

Edit: Kevin's will probably sell quickly for that much too, because once he gets his Sherman, that thing's going to be a wall ornament.

it's true, i have it at home while the other one lives at the jamspot. I am trying to decide if i want to do a local, ebay or free for all sale on it.

Nah, I decided to keep kevin`s guitar, and build him a Hello Kitty basswood one instead

I have some sweet stock RG7321 pickups we can toss in it.

So the gist of it is that it's a good deal to get into the extended range guitar realm. But I'll end up selling it in the future for a much nicer custom

Yeah, basically. If you end up not liking it, you'd have no problem unloading it at that price w/o taking a loss.
