No-one is flaming him because he isn't a master luthier. Some have suggested that they don't think he has done Sherman's neck justice. I was objecting to the way he spoke about certain members of this forum.

Aint no law about it, so I dont see the problem

at me mate, you were theone in the wrong in making personal attacks on people here. You're fortunate the mods didn't see it, because that is three day suspension material according to the rules of the forum.

Speaking about one person in particular is just as bad as speaking about several people at once. So don't do it.

Okay. I am not, in anyway trying to flame, or attack Adam in anyway... but I keep looking at this guitar, hoping I'll see something about it that I missed, something that makes me 'get it', something that'll make me realize that I was wrong and it is a well crafted guitar... but I keep coming up with the same answer... no. It just looks (and the dates speak for themselves) like it was put together with out any finesse, care, or reason, other than to get it done fast and have an eight... and that just angers me so much, I love guitars, and I learn something new about them everyday, and I keep planning and building guitars in my head, and on paper, and I'm still waiting for the day when I feel I have come up with a good plan, and then I see this thing, this contraption, and it just makes me feel like I shouldn't even bother, like its not worth it because people will still just slap things like this together without any feeling, just to have it. It's frustrating. I don't mean to sound like a jerk, I hope I Didn't come off that way.

You don't sound like a jerk to me - I'm inclined to agree. There isn't any TLC that has gone into that guitar. It doesn't have soul I suppose.

Oh ! and one more thing , I am sick & tired of reading other members comments that aren't positive ... never mind the rest you did a great job !!! I would like to see them taking a piece of wood and building a PLAYABLE guitar .
