That is gorgeous sir, excellent taste!
I feel like a good amount of Carvins that I've seen lately are a little questionable in the combination of parts, as if people make their choices for parts individually without considering the whole. Building a guitar is like dressing yourself, even if you love every article of clothing, it's not going to work unless they match properly! This guitar "works" extremely well! Beautiful! |

The only thing that came to my mind was : "WAAWW"
Gorgeous! one of the best looking DC800 I've seen so far. how is that color called? Vintage brown? Current rig : Agile Intrepid Pro with Lace Aluma Deathbar pickup -> Eleven Rack + TC G-Major -> ESI Near 5 Experience |

Thanks guys,
The color is "Tiger Eye" and I expected it to be more "goldish" when I ordered it. I wanted it to be more like my Bernie Rico Vixen, as on this picture... http://toprussia.tv/wp-content/uploa.../05/Anton1.jpg The body is mahogany, mahogany neck, flame maple top, and ebony fretboard. |

Gawsh I wouldnt be upset at all. This turned out beautiful. Your choices were right on the money. I do see what you mean about the color or the guitar in that pic there. I think that is more of a cappuccino or something of the sort. I wish that Carvin was just a little bit more flexible in times like this. Overall, that is a fantastic looking guitar tho!

Very nice! I really like the color, even if it's not exactly what you were after. How does it play and sound? I've heard very mixed reviews of the pickups.

There's also a site, it's in russian, but there's a player on the first page that has almost every song I recorded in the past two years.

That's sick. I really wish mine would hurry up and get here. Do you think paying it off entirely will prioritize it a little more? I have well over what i need to pay it off. I don't know why i haven't yet really.

They said they were aiming to get it done and shipped on 5/30/2012. I paid it off in full the next day 5/5/2012. My guitar shipped last night, 5/11/2012.... Seems they bumped me up 2 weeks.... |
