well... then just use the D'addario String Tension Chart [click here] and look up what gauges you'll need?
Before that, you might do a little experiment: Tune your guitar "to tension", meaning do not care for the notes - but instead try to tune the guitar a way, that you get a perfect feel, as far as tension of the strings is concerned. then use your tuner to estimate what pitch each string has -> look up in the chart what tension this would equal [so you know what tension you'd like best] -> rest is a bit of searching -> note gauges -> order -> problem solved? that way you even eliminate the issue with your scale length not being listed in the chart, as you only use reference values... or so my brain tells me, I've been working a bit much today. hope this helps a bit ![]() Edit: Hmmm, must be Ninjas that stole the OP's text
