Its about emotions and feelings and this is why I find Bogdan Grad to be a true master

This video almost made me cry the first time I was watching it on youtube....

He just isn't doing anything musically compelling regardless of speed, in my opinion at least. I could say the same about that Marshall Harrison video posted above.

Though, did you even take the time to watch the Tosin Abasi video that Tom posted? Where is the super fast emotionless sweeping you speak of?

I know everyone is entitled to their opinions. You may like his music better than others which is completely understandable, fast playing isn't for everyone.

His vibrato and phrasing is horrible in my opinion. His playing and composition skills to me is the equivalent of watching paint dry. It's not because he's not technical, it just lacks melody.

Wouldn't call him a true master either.

What i will say is that he seems to be doing what he loves and that is all what matters in the end.
