Basic cubase, changing note value?
hey i cant seem to figure out, all I get is 16th notes, how do I get the other stuff? when doing drums... in the drum editor

Which version are yo using? If its LE hit Ctrl or Apple + E (PC/Mac) and at the top there will be quantise and snap values. Set snap to "Match to Quantise" and set the quantise value to the one you want.
I'm not actually sure about the drume ditor itself but its a clunky piece of shit when the basic editor works just as well. All you need to do is learn which drum goes to which key which is easy anyway. ![]() |

change snap to use quantize, and set quantize to whatever you need...
I like using 8ths, etc and switching tools using shortcuts to appropriately size from a 'basic' note value |
