![]() | Ok guys, I've searched through the forums and found nothing to resolve the problem I'm having so here goes... I sequenced an entire song into Fruity Loops using Drums From Hell Superior. I opened up the mixer and each drum/cymbal had its own channel...great! I proceed to throw some EQ compression onto the Bass drum which was sitting in Channel 1. This took a while because I'm a perfectionist or maybe just plain OCD but that's another story. Regardless, I saved the program into a nice little file. I arrive the next day to start EQing the rest of the set and for some reason EVERYTHING has been bounced down to one track!? So in other words snare, kick, toms, cymbals are ALL located on Channel 1 as opposed to having their own distinct channels. The effects I applied to Channel 1 for the kick are now applied to the whole kit. I'm pretty confused at this point. 1. How can I re-isolate each drum into separate channels once again? 2. How can I prevent this in the future? Any help would be greatly appreciated! ![]() |

Are the channel numbers all the same in the mixer window (never used DFHS unfortunately, but I'm assuming, probably wrongfully, that it's like the EZD expansion in that respect)? The channel before the separare snare, kick, etc. channels is assigned to DFHS? There's so much that could potentially be wrong here, unfortunately ![]() "Tom, you're like 1 part a serious dork, and 2 parts the most awesome fucking guy ever." - ![]() guitargeek.com style rig diagram Pics of my gear Virtual studio tech testing ground Last.FM |

![]() | Yeah they were all isolated before I saved and exited the program. I'll have to double check when I get home (I'm at work) to see if the "enable multiple outputs" option is checked. All the channel numbers are the same also. The channel that used to be strictly bass drum now contains all drums and is labeled Sampler. I messed around with it for a while last night and tried every conceiveable configuration and option that I could think of. 2+2=5 ![]() |

![]() | Well for some reason when I fired up FL last night, all the settings were back to normal. I guess a) I'm crazy b)I was drunk or c)my wife was playing tricks on me again. Thanks for the input though! |
