I use pro tools on a mac g4 and i need a program for drums, i have been looking at ez drummer and drumkit from hell 2. Am i able to use these straight up with pro tools? or do i need a midi keyboard or what... what is my best route??? Help me obi wan kenobi..... your my only hope |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'd say the easiest would be to use Reason (or Reason Adapted, which comes with Pro Tools if I'm not mistaken) in ReWire mode in Pro Tools (create stereo audio track, choose Reason from the instrument menu in the plugins menu). Create a midi track set to trigger whichever module in Reason you're using, and record the output from Reason on a new track (output from Reason track as Bus 1-2 and input of new track as Bus 1-2, for example). |
