![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | What drum machine? I'm looking at buying myself a decent drum machine with the cash I earn via teaching this summer. What models would everyone recommend? My main requirement is that it can cope with shifting time signatures and a variety of song sections, i.e. I don't want something that's only good for looped backings. Ideas? It's cool because even if I don't like the sounds on it, each pad can be assigned to any MIDI channel, so I can use it to trigger a sequencer. I use the Drum Machine along with Reason on the PC & create any sounds possible. The DR-770, and for that matter just about the entire line of Boss & Roland drum units have great sounds and tremendous flexibility in programming. |
