I'm pretty sure the forum will be inundated with pictures once the people that ordered, which I guess are all from this forum, get their guitars.

I would also find it fair to the people that ordered that they get to see their guitars first before pictures of them are plastered all over the place for people to criticise.

more like Ponglish. sounds nicer

Apophis (i donīt know why i keep calling you that when i know your name is Sebastian ), this thing isnīt going to be done in "runs", right? itīs more of a continuous production line?

the guy who wants my intrepid has the money to buy it in one month, so iīm hoping youīre still taking orders then? if you end up getting backlogged like blackmachine before i get the money, iīll fly down there and do scary things in your shop!

of course it's not time-limited offer or something I call it first run, cause maybe there will be some changed in the future, more options etc

When are you starting with the neck through guitars? I'd quite like one due to the thinner body profile

From what I hear on the Merlin website HellFires have decent cleans and softer capabilities as well! Nice!

Do you think you could put up a quick audio sample if you ever find the time after finishing them? Just a quick runthrough of the different positions and channels?
I'm still not sure which neck PU to buy and I think it would help tremendously. If you have the time that is, no need to rush

ntb with 1pc ntb neck can be ordered anytime, but because of the limited needs price is 1300$

you can go to the merlin website - humbuckery - scroll down to hellfire or any other pickup - click "próbki dzwiękowe" (sound samples) - and there you can find what you are looking for

Already did that
I was just wondering how they sound on the 7th and 8th strings and in a wenge guitar

the clips donīt tell me much, as they are all totally different...

would you say they are bright though? have you tried any pickups that could compare to them in some way?

UPDATE 22-01-2010

I want to announce that we have other headstock shape option, this time it will be 3+3, 4+3 or 4+4 headstock. We have to choose one shape, so I'm open for suggestions

I do love the prototype headstock, but if it needs to be changed the luthier knows best methinks. I don't know what kind of headstock would look best on this guitar - whatchu guys thing?

Is there a problem with the inline reverse 7? It sounds like you want to go from this to another one, permanently.

I really like that Jackson design, too.

A Music Man JP style headstock may be another option...
