Oh yeah, that's true. I was just pointing out that, whatever type and source of mahogany that Rob uses, it looks great and doesn't need to be covered up with paint.

In the future, I can see getting an all-mahogany custom Sii-7. And I would definitely get a clear finish, though not an oil finish on a guitar with a mahogany neck.

According to Dave, the only Blackouts on these guitars will be the passive sized ones. It makes it easier on Rob to get these guitars out if here only has to do one route size.
