I don't know if we're dealing Framus yet. Warwick (their most recent US distributor) is no longer affiliated with Framus. So, they told me they're looking for a new distributor currently. Things are up in the air with them right now, so I couldn't get a definitive answer regarding a dealership.

However, for the same price (or less) as another Dragon I could get you something equally as badass however I think the VHT Sig:X costs a few hundred bucks less than the Dragon

We'll also be carrying Bogner, Orange, Brunetti, Diezel, etc in addition to VHT. That said if I hear back from Framus I'll let you know

An Uberschall works. It's up to you, either way if you have the opportunity to take advantage of someone like me giving you guys such a drastic discount, might as well get something you don't already own right?

As for the Sig:X, I'm fairly confident you'd like it, but if not I would of course give you a 100% refund. I would never fuck over you guys, I'd think word would spread pretty fast

Yeah, absolutely. VHT's are known for being what you're describing, only with ultra responsiveness and clarity to go with it. They're definitely mid-heavy and organic. In fact, the treble control on my UL is quite subtle, the 'mid' control is the real treble. It's a mid-range dominated amp, in a good way (not quacky or honky like an ENGL or something - which can be a cool sound too).

I don't know if I'd call them "loose" but you can definitely set them way, especially without a tube screamer in the fray. They have a huge bottom end punch & growl. I guess you could say they're 'dark' amps, yet they still cut through and have perfect articulation.

VHT's have a lot more gain the the Dragon as well, but the thing is, even with the gain set way higher than you'd ever need, it's still impossible for the amp to lose clarity, thin out or become muddy. Unlike a Mesa or Peavey where if you turn the gain too high it turns to mud/fuzz, there is no unusable setting possible on a VHT.

I of course would be happy to cut you a deal on an UL, but in my honest opinion, the Sig:X, Deliverance 120, and Pittbull 100/CL are better values. UL's are worth every penny, but they're very expensive (about $1300 more than the Sig:X).

Regarding the announcement, I'm positive a lot of people here will be very happy. I'll all say for now is it's not Caparison
