I purchased a guitar from Ikebe the other day. After weeks in between responses from their international sales rep, I finally got it finalized and sent them the money.

I got the Ikebe Original HRG7E Custom-BKF Prestige w/ EMG 81-7s. Click here and it's the first one on the top right.

Nice! (It's the top left though )

Out of interest Nick roughly how many e-mails does it take between the initial
"I would like to buy *x* guitar, how much would shipping be?" and then sending them the money? I'm 90% set on getting a J custom when I next get paid and wondering when to initiate the conversation

My apology, to the us. Almost forgot this is a multi national forum
I live in Hong Kong, and shipping a guitar + hardcase from here to the states is about just under 100USD. My guess is that from Japan, it'd be erm, about the same maybe cheaper since Japan is closer.

I sent ikebe an email today, I might email ishibashi too, but I think they have sold out of the guitar I want

Hopefully won't take too long for a reply...but I can't afford it for a couple of weeks yet anyway

What do you want?

There are two sets of new listings in Ishibashi, if you are looking for a new guitar and you are looking where I think you are, you might not find it.

Have you looked here Ishibashi webshop, don't use the search box, use the links in the left column.
