Man, this run is just shaping up beautifully. I wish I'd saved up for a Vik before he was booked solid for the next couple years!

Thru all this time I've been working on the build and at this point we're closing to finishing the wood works. Time to share some pics and I must say I have quite a few, so i'll be posting them in few updates to catch up with current state of things!

Shaping the back was pretty much similar to carving tops as here at ViK guitars we consider back shape, ergonomics and design just as important as front look.

Here comes swamp ash...

The best "heel" is no heel or at least as close to its absence as possible

Rest of the bodies are done as well. The pics and videos were accidentally deleted while I was transferring data my PC to Mac, hopefully I have'em saved at my old camera's memory card.
