Well, I can tell you, if you love your badass Ran, for reasons that should be obvious I'm sure you'd love the Bernie Rico Jr stuff such as the Vixen. He is in my honest opinion the best in the business, right alongside the likes of Mike Sherman. His prices and build-time are also incredibly fair, borderline insulting

If you're interested in a sick custom 7 or 8-string, Bernie will make one for you, and I could definitely hook you up with a special price. We're actually going to be getting in three 7-strings from him regardless, it should be awesome

I'd love to carry his pedals, but we'd obviously have to sell them for more than he would direct, and if people can just get it from him direct, I don't really know how viable that is. He'd likely have to stop selling direct if he wanted to have dealers, unless he charged list price. Maybe I'm wrong but that's what makes sense to me. Obviously being in a band where we all own his pedals, that would be an honor. Perhaps I'll PM him or he'll chime in and I'll figure it out.

MORE BIG NEWS

I'm proud to announce that I am about to become an official Bare Knuckle Pickups dealer! I spoke with Tim Mills and everything looks good to go I'm super excited, I'll be ordering 10 of them initially, if anyone wants to get in on the initial order let me know and I'll hook you up!

Other News:

I spoke today with Paul Reed Smith, Schecter USA, DiMarzio, and Framus. It looks like all of those guys are on board too, some will just take a bit longer than others to finalize. Yesterday I was in touch with Orange and Seymour Duncan and those look to be inevitabilities too. I'm still waiting to hear back from Jackson, ENGL, Caparison, etc.

Also, the store is going to be called The Axe Palace. I'm sure some people will like the name, some will hate it, but it is what it is and there's no turning back now If anyone wants to help me make a spiffy logo that would be ultra appreciated!

Having Bare Knuckle Pickups on board is definitely really cool! I can't wait to get shipment after shipment in. We'd be the only BKP dealer in New England as far as I know. There's one in New York, but from what I understand most BKP dealers aren't going to have a consistent stock in like I will. Most places probably just do special orders and things.

Even if some other dealers pop up in New England, you know I'll hook you up!

I'm just crapping myself thinking "Do I want Cold Sweat...Nailbomb pair...Warpig? MIRACLE MAN?! PAINKILLER?!?!?!? ABJAHSLKJDHSAKJD" I'll prolly end up going Cold Sweat N Nailbomb B...but which guitar to put it in...Blackouts are going in my 550, and my 520QS is getting the P-Rails (or keeping V7) and Tone Zone treatment...

This means a NGD.

We'll be stocking all of those BKP models, so if you didn't like one we could work something out. I'm also going to be hiring my friend to be our tech, so if you came in and wanted to bring a guitar and get a new pickup installed right on the spot that would be doable as well. If you have a model in mind you want to try out first, I'd recommend getting in touch with me and pre-ordering one so I can have yours come in the first shipment.

We're a Seymour Duncan dealer too so if you want Blackouts I can hook you up there as well
