Does anyone here know how to do a recovery of all of my deleted files?

Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File Recovery - Home
IT's free. If that don't work you may need to look into "higher powered" software. There are a bunch of linux distro's that do a good job.

Don't defrag and install or anything. In fact try not to use your pc- it will make recovery much harder if the secors become overwritten, if not impossible

what do you mean by delete? shift + delete or right click delete?
check the trash bin for sure.
