Analog inputs to LCDs SUCK* and I regularly use 2 or more computers at once connecting the monitors depending on how I need them. I've got 2 LCDs with 2 DVI-I inputs, so I can run 4 signals that I can switch between. Just having that 2nd input being VGA is extremely limiting because what if my system only has a DVI-D output? What then? Aside from the quality sucking it's just inconvenient.

I'm talking about my $1500ea monitors with $20k+ computers not your garden variety PC. Also note that I did neither pay $1500ea for my monitors or $20k+ for the computers I wish I had that kind of money.

You watched those trailer on your PC, which is way above a standard television. So, the trailers would look better than a standard definition TV but not as good as a high definition TV (unless you were watching high-definition trailers on a high-definition PC monitor).

The PS3 runs games in SD just as well as an Xbox 360 does. Standard definition just sucks ass. It's plain and simple.

No, I downloaded the trailers on my PS3 from the PS3 store. No arguments about SD sucking, though. I just randomly decided to watch the last trailer after a gaming session and noticed the difference in quality. Y'know, another possibility might be my graphics settings on the game. I had to turn the brightness and contrast up a bit so I could see, because my TV is pretty dark.
