Need some help, my first website

Hey, thanks for clicking. I'm putting up a website soon with some videos that I only want people to be able to stream off the site. I don't want anyone to be able to download them / allowed to download them. So, I haven't a clue about laws or copyrights, but does anyone on here know what I'm supposed to do. Should I just have a box under the video that says this video cannot be reproduced in any form/fashion or something?

If you post it on the web people will be able to get your content - even if it is streaming (lots of firefox plugins for this actually)

Put watermarks or lower thirds in your videos with your site address so at least people will know where they came from.
