My XBOX 360 has an HD DVD add on, though. Kinda sucks. Guess I'm glad I didn't buy it yet.

I told ya bluray was the way to go bluray media is better imo but I never watch movies and hate all that crap anyway so I was never going to buy it to begin with

It was until a few major studios jumped ship and then BluRay got major backing from someone, I forget who now.

BluRay is the better medium mostly because it holds more data.

Personally, I was waiting for the dual-format players to come down in price. I wasn't about to commit to a format not knowing what was going to happen. BluRay players are still too much for me to consider buying. I'm happy with my regular DVDs to be honest. The movies are more than I care to spend on a movie. I might buy one in 2 or 3 years.

With the exception of disc storage, they are the same technology. So as long as there's only one I could care less.
