Matt's Labor Day PC score!
Woot! Woke up early as hell and lined up in front of Best Buy yesterday morning (please no anti-BB stuff in this thread, I'm not a huge fan of their business practices either but I needed a replacement desktop computer and the labor day sales can't be beat!) and I was third in line at the Delaware store! I got in and headed straight for the PC guy of course! I scored two packages, one for myself and one for my girl. Here's what came in each one:

Desktop (HP a6114x) specs:

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 dual-core processor 4000+ (2.1 GHz, Dual Core), 2GB DDR2 SDRAM; Windows Vista Home Premium, double-layer DVD±RW/CD-RW drive with LightScribe labeling, 320GB hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics w/ TurboCache, 15-in-1 media reader, high-def audio capability (8-speaker surround heh), 2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, and 1 PCI-E x16 expansion slots.

HP 17" LCD Montior (I also have a Dell 20.1" Widescreen which is what I'm using until I upgrade the power source and video card to allow me to use dualies hehe)

Some Canon photo printer, I wasn't really worried with that part... just an extra in case I need to print something in an emergency as far as I'm concerned I guess.

Not too bad, the whole shebang was $550 and considering my desktop died like 3 months ago and I've been using a laptop (older IBM ThinkPad) in the meantime, this was a welcome addition. Specs are decent enough, I just loaded Battlefield 2142 (it works on Vista, YAY!) and it runs pretty well although I don't think upgrading the video card would be a bad idea. All in all, I'm happy with the new purchase!

Nah, THAT would be a crazy score. I got two at that price EACH, so it was like $1,100 for both PCs.
