That is some absolute bullshit right there, having to pay the legal fees of the accuser. That's tantamount to being found guilty before actually being charged with a crime. It's insanely hypocritical and makes a complete mockery of our judicial system.

That's a real stretch of the truth and is pretty well debunked in the comments below that article. That sum was part of a settlement from Apple's suit against Microsoft.
