Use your burning software and burn it as a disc image. When it asks for the file choose the .ISO file. In Nero the project you'd choose is Disc Image or Saved Project.

If you use windows XP or the like, download this and it adds ISO burning support to the OS and it rules, I use it a lot.

If you don't want to burn it (like me. I never burn a movie before I've seen it), there are some programs which you can view ISOs through. I believe the VLC Player can view ISOs.

You could also get a program that could do a virtual drive and just mount that and your computer would treat the ISO as a CD in a CD drive although it would just be on your hardrive.

I use Daemon tools. http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php

Or, you can use ISO buster to get files off the ISO.
