There could be so many things...
First thing that comes to mind is interference. Sometimes wireless devices malfunction because of a new appliance or gadget (highly debatable theory, and I don't put much stock in it, but if there are new "things" in the environment that would affect communication such as cordless phones, Donnie peeing in the corner, etc, take them out of the room and see if that improves it) After that, I would suggest you shut down your system for a minute or two, not just restart it. If that doesn't work, I'd try a clean-boot. Looks like you're running XP. If so, here's how to do that:

Ok, atleast TRY my suggestion, and tell me it doesnt work
I get the same problem every now and then, and all I have to do is press the "repair" button under support, in your wireless connections Properties menu.So go to your internet connections, right click on wireless, go to properties, then support tab, then repair button. |

Well, I tried Ken's MSConfig thing & that didn't change anything.
