Learn to count the rhythm. If you don't know how to do that, my book can teach you. It's available for free download from the link in my sig. If you share the post on the Facebook page (by clicking the share button below the post) and mention that it's available for free download then I'll give you a couple of free Skype lessons to help.

Check out my book: "Playing Guitar Musically: A Guide to Creativity on Guitar & Bass"
Buy the full book here. eBook - 5. Physical copies also available.

PM me if you want to discuss it or just fancy a chat.

I also give lessons over Skype, Bandhappy and within the Lothians.

Any Pantera, pretty much. They play waaaay behind the beat most of the time, even in faster songs, which gives it that feel.

GADZOOKS AND ODDS BODKINS!!!!!
Not a hipster: Blackmachine, Jaden Rose, Paul Reed Smith, Fender, Ibanez, Jackson, Gibson, Boss, Diezel, Marshall, Framus, VHT, Ampeg, Electro Harmonix, Korg, Alesis, MFB, Doepfer, Moog, Arturia.

Me and my drummer were jamming to a swing feel a little bit ago! Fun stuff

Just try to feel the rhythm and come up with something fun and groovy

"Your picking hand scares me, Joseph" - My friend Pete

"If you can't enjoy one Meshuggah riff looped
for three hours straight, you're doing it wrong." -prh

"Having technical prowess is like masturbation: it's pretty
cool and it might please you, but there is still no emotional
connection between you and your hands." - broj15
