Fretboard
Well I'm almost scarred to ask this question (seriously) cause I just know someone's going to tell me to search. Well I've searched for days and couldn't find the answer I wanted, and if you can you're just gifted. Here and google I have searched, but I need facts not opinons. My question is what is the difference between rosewood, maple, and ebony fretboards? I hear ebony is the best, because it is the "slickest" maple is the "brightest" and I don't have a lot of info on the rosewood. I need facts on the differences, what are the good and downsides of them.
