Hey, I'm trying my best... I don't have much... I had to work my ass off a lot of years to get to buy these instruments, and, although I know that I am far from Machine Head, and the other bands I listed there, I know I won't quit...
I wish my mom would have 2500$ to buy me a triple rectifier...
Rock is about making the most of what you have, and perpetually wanting to evolve, improve.
It's not about quitting... I'm confident that in 2 years maybe, I'll have the money for a second hand Vetta II. Till then...

I don't think lailer75 meant anything Nasty in his comment Dude but he does have a valid point, you'll never recreate the guitar tone on the albums you like believe me i've spent thousands of pounds trying it's simply not possible.
Iagree with you also keep at it & work with what you have, maybe try to get a Tubescreamer in front of your amp as a clean boost, that can make all the difference.

Heard my guitar on a dual rectifier...
Since I live in Romania, a dual rectifier would be, IMPOSSIBLE to get, since it's about 2500euro... 10times a GOOD monthly salary in my country!
So, a nice pedal please?
Thanks!
Well, check this. The way i'm looking at it, all the money you've spent on trying to find good distortion pedals and whatnot, you could've saved for a good amp. If you want something all tube that's badass for metal, get a 5150 combo. they can be had for about 5-700$ USD$ generally, used. its all tube, and apparently its what machine head uses.

If you get a badass tube amp or higher end solid state amp, you wont NEED a distortion pedal at all, cause your in amp distortion will own people's faces off.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

Good tip! I think, I'll keep that in mind, but in my country I don't think I'll be able to find such an amp [second hand, not in a million years]... can't order the damn thing online, cause they'd reject my card... I'm a Romanian!
Maybe I'll check out some nice deals in Germany or The Netherlands...
Rock n roll!
