![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | whoah, holy mother of information overload, batman. ![]() George Lynch is also a master with the bar, although you'd never guess listening to him - SOMETHING's going on, but it's tough to tell just what. Thing is, he's almost constantly riding the bar, doing slight predives and releasing into notes (or slight prebends and releasing, fretted, just for contrast), but it's so subtle I thought it was all fretting hand until I got to watch him close-up on a clinic. I could never do subtle bar accents, but what he does is chokes up on the bar, holding it about where it bends. Instant subtle accents and smooth, even bar vibrato. -D "...and everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon." |

OK I just did a search on that guitar and my guess is, that it's designed (by the looks of the body, no recess for the bridge) for 'DIVE' only...however like I said before, there are ways to set up that bridge so you can pull as well as push. Does it look something like this? | |
