The TRS bridges have bolt on the bridge you just screw the bar into. It needs a strat-type bar (But with a different threading).

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

Sepsis is on a distinguished road
Keep in mind that there is also a LoTres2 type tremolo, that according to the Jemsite is inferior to the regular LoTres and was used mostly for lower models made in Korea.
The LoTres2 is a push in bar, while the regular LoTres is a screw type, and the actual screwing (damn, never used the word screw so many times in a sentence ) is inside the threading.
Im trying to find one from a local Ibanez dealer. I'll let you know once i know better.

That's weird, That Jemsite page doesn't seem to mention the Edge Pro II or the Edge Pro III. I've got the II on my Ibanez, and it's a push-in type, but it doesn't have the brushings on it like the Edge/Lo pro arms.

Here's a picture of what the end of my arm looks like:

Like I said dude, I used the wrong bar on mine for a while before I realized it was the wrong one. The push in will 'work', but it works better with the threaded kind.

I don't think I'm being clear enough with my description. I see no threads anywhere where a screw in type bar would work. It's really not a big deal to me, I was just curious if maybe TRS had two different style trems.
I don't plan on playing this guitar much longer anyway becuase I'm looking for a 7620.

I'd sell you my 7620, but if you recorded something with it and I heard your vibrato off of it, I'd end up selling off my gear and taking up the Pan Flute.

Pete,

can you get me a close-up of the bridge of your 7420? The lighting's weird, but that's more of a metallic red than either the magenta crush 7420 or the vampike kiss 7620, and, well, I'm a little rusty on this, but I thought the brass tabs were on the 7620's "New 7" pickups, while the 7420's were all black. I can't ID the trem for sure from your pic, but I'm wondering if you have a 7620 in a non-standard color...?

Hey Drew,

I'll take a picture of the bridge tonight and post it here. Yeah, the lighting is very bad on that picture but the color is definitely MC. Trust me, everytime I look at that guitar and see that hideous color I ask myself what the hell was Ibanez thinking. I know the trem is a TRS because it says it right on it actually, but it seems to go against what everyone is saying here regarding the screw on bar. As for the brass tabs on the pickups maybe you're onto something there. I also thought thought that the 7620 had a triangular shape pickup opening at the ends on the body of the guitar verses the more rounded openings on the 7420?
