I've got a big problem!
The weather is getting colder in Hungary... its only 20degrees, its not cold, but my heands getting frozen again!
 I don't know why but my hands turn white and I can't use them at guitar! What sould I do????? Wear glove all the time????? |

if my hands get too cold, i either use warm water, or these instant heat wrap things.

Get a heater in your room. Helps me a lot. I also wash my hands in warm water before I play.

you could try those han exercise ball thingys, duno if they work for circulation but exercising your hands could help
