Welcome.

Man, that's one of the hardest questions in music...

My approach - find yourself a melody, something that keeps your attention. Ripping playing is all well and good, but it has to have meldoy to hold it together. The stuff I've written generally starts from something simple, and works it's way into having more "meat" on it, so to speak.

I'm not sure any two people approach it the same way...

Hope this helps!

Division - American metal that doesn't suck. Much. Even on MySpace, and Soundclick, too.

If you can play what's in your head, the best thing you can do is start practicing with a metronome. Hum the tune to yourself, dial in your metronome timing and get to work craftin' your masterpiece.

I just start humming a melody like they've said. The ability to transfer that melody to a guitar, and add some extra kick to it, is how you're going to write an awesome song. Often times, I'll get chord progressions in my head, write those out, and then start imrpov'ing over them.

actually, your english is superb. Hopefully you, can understand us.

Well, once you got a main riff or melody down, expand on that in your head. Just think of all the possibilities that it could expand to. Often times, I'll know what I want next, and then I'll think of a line or phrase that mimmicks what I'm thinking the next part is.

And when did you write songs?

I'm you say "now I gona sit down and write a song" or you something in your head and say "Ohhh thats cool, a do it on guitar" ooor you are just jamming along and something good comes out and you will use it when you want?

I dont no... I fill myself tired in these days, I head starts hurting from the distorsion and I dont got any new idea...

I write songs in my head, while I'm in the shower. I then write it out on my shower wall in tab, and a special notation for drums, which I then bring my laptop over... and put it into the computer.

One thing...

If I play a random riff . . . what can I solo on it? One of my friends said that I can play anything, except if I'm playing chords...
is it true?

WTF?

You can play anything over any chord provided you make sure it resolves. Use your ears. If the result sounds musical then it's correct.
