so..uhhmm...have i understood it right that it depends on the thickness of the strings? I mean...the Warwick bass is just a 4string...so..or am i totally wrong now? hehe

You are correct, the Dark Lord is a 4-string... you can can think of it as a 4-string bass with the top two strings lopped off, and the low B & low F# substitiuded on the bottom. The bass itself is designed around making the low string work, though: Choice in woods, electronics, 35" scale length.

okay! I think i get the point now Hmmm..well...anyways, i dont have an 8string guitar yet , so...till then, there is no problem
