Another new Bass (56k=Karl Hungus insert squint)

So I worked all day, and kept wondering if UPS would be nice and leave the bass, or leave me with the UPS slip of Doom.

Luckily, they left the Bass

Open 'er up, to find the case. Yup. Who here was expecting that?

Right hinge good

Left hinge good

Headstock

Body

Fretboard

Controls

Back of headstock

Back of body

Side

The two Carvin Basses. I think they complement each other well

Having a quick doodle on the bass, I have to say, that the piezo's are....interesting. Very cool sound actually. Stainless Steel frets, very smooth. The strings are Elixirs I believe. And they're very bright, but cool.

The EQ's on this thing are nuts. I thought the EQ's on the Sapphire was impressive, but this bass is in a league of it's own.

I can't see myself returning this. It sounds so Killer.

I kinda just half assed took the pics and wrote this, i'm a bit busy at the moment with my new toy

Nice basses, shame they had to go and build both of them backwards. Better luck next time, eh?

Quality control must be really slipping these days. He even has two backwards basses.
